These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.
Vaivox is an AI-powered video dubbing and translation platform. You provide a link to a publicly accessible video — from YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter), Bilibili, VK and similar platforms — or upload your own audio or video file, and Vaivox produces an AI-generated dubbed version in the language you choose, with a synthetic AI voice synced to the original.
Depending on the source, Vaivox works in one of two ways:
Vaivox does not publish, host publicly, or redistribute original content. Source material is used only to produce the dubbing you request and is stored temporarily for processing and delivery.
The service is provided as-is and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
Vaivox uses artificial intelligence to transcribe, translate and generate synthetic speech. All audio and video outputs produced by Vaivox are AI-generated (synthetic media) — the dubbed voice is not a human recording.
In line with the EU AI Act (Article 50) and applicable transparency rules:
All original content remains the property of its creators and rights holders. Vaivox makes no claim of ownership over source videos, uploaded files, or the AI-generated outputs. We do not copy, mirror, publish, or redistribute original content in any form — we only produce the AI dubbing you request.
If you are the owner of content and wish to request removal of any associated AI-generated output from our platform, please contact us at [email protected]. We will process removal requests within 5 business days.
Users are solely responsible for the content they submit to the service. By submitting a video link or uploading a file, you represent and warrant that you have the right to process that content and that doing so does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
This service is intended for personal, educational, and non-commercial use. Commercial redistribution of AI-generated outputs without written permission from both Vaivox and the original content owner is strictly prohibited.
Vaivox shall not be held liable for any user-submitted content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights. Any legal claims arising from misuse of the service are the sole responsibility of the user.
You agree not to use Vaivox to:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All AI-generated audio and video outputs produced by Vaivox relate to content owned by the respective rights holders. Vaivox does not claim ownership over input content or output translations.
The Vaivox platform, logo, and interface design are the intellectual property of Vaivox and may not be reproduced without permission.
Vaivox is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days prior to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
